Privex Pay charges a single flat fee per transaction. There are no monthly subscription charges, no setup fees, and no hidden costs. You only pay when you make a sale.
Pricing is straightforward: you keep 90% of every transaction. Privex Pay retains 10% as its Merchant of Record fee — that’s it.

What is deducted from each payout

Before your payout is sent, Privex Pay deducts the following from your gross transaction proceeds:
  1. Privex Pay fee — 10% of the transaction amount
  2. Applicable taxes — Sales or transaction taxes calculated, collected, and remitted by Privex Pay on your behalf
  3. Chargebacks and refunds — Any amounts relating to disputed or refunded transactions
The remaining balance is your net payout.

Example

A customer pays $100 for your product.
  • Privex Pay fee (10%): −$10
  • Net to you (before taxes and any chargebacks): $90
If applicable taxes or chargebacks apply, those are deducted in addition to the fee.

Payout schedule

  • Payouts are sent every Monday for all cleared transactions.
  • There is no minimum payout amount — funds are released regardless of balance size.
  • Payouts go to the bank account or crypto wallet you designate in your Merchant Dashboard.

Fee changes

Privex Pay reserves the right to amend its fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing before they take effect.
To see your expected earnings before fees, check the analytics view in your Merchant Dashboard, which shows gross sales, deductions, and net payouts by period.
