Your Privex Pay dashboard at dashboard.privexpay.com is the central hub for your merchant account. From here you can monitor your business performance at a glance, review recent payments and refunds, create payment links, and check the status of your next payout — all in one place.

Top-level metrics

When you sign in, four summary metrics appear at the top of the dashboard:
MetricWhat it shows
Total RevenueGross transaction volume for the selected period
SalesNumber of successful payment transactions
Average Order ValueMean transaction amount across all sales
RefundsTotal value of refunds issued in the period
Each metric displays a period-over-period percentage change so you can instantly see whether your numbers are trending up or down. See Analytics for a deeper breakdown of these figures.

Key sections

Revenue summary

View total revenue, sales count, average order value, and refund totals with period-over-period comparisons.

Recent Activity

A live feed of your latest payment and refund events, each showing the customer, amount, type, and timestamp.

Payment Links

Create and share payment links directly from the dashboard — no website or integration required.

ETH Payout status

See the amount queued for your next Ethereum payout and the scheduled transfer date.

ETH payout status

The dashboard shows your Next ETH Payout amount — the net earnings currently queued for your next weekly transfer. Payouts are sent every Monday to the ETH wallet or bank account you configure in Account Settings.

Open Account Settings

Click your account name in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Go to Payout Destination

Navigate to the Payout Destination section.

Add or update your destination

Enter your ETH wallet address or bank account details, then save your changes.
You must configure a payout destination before Privex Pay can transfer your earnings. Funds accumulate until a valid destination is on file.
You can generate a new payment link without leaving the dashboard:

Click 'Create Payment Link'

Use the button in the top navigation bar or the Payment Links section of the dashboard.

Set your price and details

Enter the amount, currency, product name, and any optional description.

Share the link

Copy the generated URL or QR code and send it to your customers.
