When Privex Pay processes a sale on your behalf, you receive the net proceeds — the gross transaction amount after Privex Pay deducts its 10% merchant fee, any applicable taxes, and any outstanding refunds or chargebacks. Payouts are initiated every Monday and require no minimum balance, so you get paid weekly regardless of your sales volume.

How your payout amount is calculated

Your payout for any given week equals the sum of all cleared transactions minus the deductions Privex Pay applies as your Merchant of Record.
ItemDescription
Gross transaction amountThe full amount your customer paid
− 10% merchant feePrivex Pay’s flat per-transaction fee
− Applicable taxesTaxes collected and remitted by Privex Pay on your behalf
− Refunds & chargebacksAny amounts returned to customers or recovered by their bank

Privex Pay acts as the seller of record, which means taxes, refunds, and chargeback disputes are managed on your behalf. Deductions for these items are applied before your payout is sent.

Payout methods

You can receive your payouts via bank account transfer or directly to an Ethereum (ETH) wallet. You choose your preferred method in your merchant account settings, and you can switch between the two at any time.

ETH payouts

Receive your earnings in Ethereum every Monday, instantly to any ETH-compatible wallet. No extra fees beyond the standard 10% merchant fee.

Payout schedule

Payouts go out every Monday covering all transactions cleared before the weekly cutoff. No minimum payout amount required.

No minimum payout threshold

Unlike many payment platforms, Privex Pay does not impose a minimum payout amount. Every Monday, your full net balance — no matter how small — is disbursed to your configured payout destination.

Configure your payout destination

To set or update where your payouts are sent, go to Dashboard → Settings → Payout Method and enter your bank account details or Ethereum wallet address, then save your changes.
Your payout destination must be configured before your first payout is initiated. Payouts without a valid destination on file may be held until a valid method is added.
