Privex Pay processes payouts on a fixed weekly schedule — every Monday, for all transactions that have cleared before the payout cutoff. There is no minimum payout amount, so your full net balance is disbursed regardless of how much you earned that week. Understanding the schedule and what “cleared” means helps you anticipate exactly when funds arrive and how deductions affect your total.

Weekly Monday payouts

Payouts are initiated every Monday and cover all transactions that cleared in the preceding period. You do not need to request a payout manually — Privex Pay automatically calculates your net balance and sends it to your configured payout destination each cycle.
Your payout destination (bank account or Ethereum wallet) must be configured in Dashboard → Settings → Payout Method before the Monday payout cycle runs. See ETH Payouts if you want to receive funds in Ethereum.

What “cleared” means

A transaction is considered cleared when it has been successfully processed and is not subject to an active dispute. Cleared transactions are included in the next Monday payout. Transactions that are:
  • Pending — still being authorized or settled by the payment network
  • Disputed — subject to a chargeback or open dispute
…are not included in the payout until they resolve. If a dispute is decided in your favor, the held funds are released in a subsequent payout cycle.

Deductions applied before payout

Before your payout is sent, Privex Pay applies the following deductions to your gross transaction total:
  • 10% merchant fee — Privex Pay’s flat fee on every transaction
  • Applicable taxes — collected and remitted by Privex Pay as your Merchant of Record
  • Refunds — amounts returned to customers
  • Chargebacks — amounts recovered by a customer’s bank following a dispute
Privex Pay may set off any amounts owed (such as unresolved chargebacks or refunds) against your current or future payouts. If deductions exceed your gross balance in a given week, the shortfall may be carried over to the following cycle.
If you have an outstanding chargeback or refund that exceeds your available payout balance, the deficit may be deducted from future payouts until the full amount is recovered.

No minimum payout amount

Privex Pay does not require a minimum balance before initiating a payout. Your full net earnings — however small — are disbursed every Monday.

Funds held after account termination

If your merchant account is terminated or your agreement with Privex Pay expires, any funds held on your behalf are retained for a period of 6 months after termination or the expiry of the longest subscription sold to one of your customers, whichever is later. This retention period exists to cover potential chargebacks or refund obligations that may arise after your account closes.

Dormant account policy

If your account has no sales activity for two consecutive months, Privex Pay may classify it as dormant and apply a dormancy fee. This fee is deducted from any remaining balance on the account.
If you do not plan to use your account for an extended period, log in to your dashboard periodically or contact Privex Pay support to discuss your options. Dormancy fees reduce your available payout balance and can compound over time if the account remains inactive.
To avoid dormancy fees, process at least one transaction every two months or reach out to Privex Pay support if you expect an extended gap in sales activity.
